All athletes must have a completed waiver on file prior to competition.

To ensure a safe, organized, and successful event, each athlete must have a waiver completed by a parent or guardian.
This waiver:
- Confirms consent for participation
- Outlines shared responsibilities between families and event programs
- Ensure proper documentation is on file
- Helps us maintain a safe and positive environment for all athletes
