K2 Club Prep
What is Club Prep?
Club Prep is where growth happens between seasons. It’s designed to give players maximum reps, individualized position training, and focused development so they can take the next step in their game. Athletes work closely with our director and elite coach, J Hames, while also improving the physical side of performance through two weekly strength sessions. The goal is simple: more touches, better training, and stronger athletes heading into the next club season.

Two Individuals a Week on Friday & Sunday
*First Club Prep practice is July 10th
Friday times:
Setters: 6:00-7:00pm
Attackers: 7:00-8:00pm
Liberos: 8:00-9:00pm
Sunday Times:
Setters: 4:00-5:00pm
Attackers: 5:00-6:00pm
Liberos: 6:00-7:00pm
*Athletes will need to choose one positional to attend. It will be an additional $75 to attend another positional*
Two Strength Training Sessions a week
* athletes will choose one time that doesn't conflict with their positional

Lift option 1: 6:00-7:00pm
Lift option 2: 7:00-8:00pm
Sunday Times:
