fall weight & agility program 2020
Agility & Weight Training will be run by Jake from the D1 Program. D1 has run the K2 weight training program for the last two years for all our K2 Club Teams.
Agility & Weight Training will be Tuesdays & Tuesdays at 6:00pm. The program will be 7 weeks and will be a great way to stay in shape for the fall.
The program starts Tuesday July 14th and goes through Thursday August 27th – 14 sessions for only $140
