THE K2/D1 PROGRAM IS GEARED TOWARD IMPROVING:

  • LOWER AND UPPER BODY STRENGTH

  • VERTICAL JUMP HEIGHT

  • SHOULDER MOBILITY AND STABILITY

  • CORE STRENGTH

  • ENDURANCE

THE D1 PROGRAM IS TO HELP ATHLETES OVERALL ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE BY IMPLEMENTING STRENGTH, POWER, ENDURANCE, AND INJURY RISK PREVENTION TRAINING TECHNIQUES. WORKOUTS ARE TAILORED TO THE AGE AND LEVEL OF THE ATHLETE SO THAT THEY CAN SEE THE MOST BENEFIT OVER TIME.
